      Pros

      People are friendly and easy to work with. Less than market salary, but decent benefits, stock options, and bonuses. Company culture encourages integrity and safety. Almost impossible to get fired.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation. Very slow in making changes. Constant organizational structure changes. Individual contribution sometimes goes unrecognized. Staff with lots of years of company-experience become stagnant in their skills.

      Professional, big meaningful projects, lots of great experience, a strong place to build a career

      I can remember my dad telling me when I got hired in 79 that I would be set for life ,and I said I don't know maybe I would try it for a year well 37 yrs later I think maybe he was right world class people ,world class organization
