Pros
Salary, benefits, job opportunities, generally good work atmosphere.
Cons
Large corporation that does not have the family atmosphere like some others. Poor communication between business units. Lacks cohesion throughout company. Pay scale is misleading due to the fact that no one will ever max out the pay scale. They simply move the scale as you get raises, which only accounts for inflation and not a true raise.
