Cons

They use supervisor roles as stepping stoned for thier business professionals so a lot of unqualified people end up in low level supervisor roles. But they have little involvment with the people they supervise so its not a big con.

Bonus structure is transparent, managers try hard even with less than capable tank and file, stable company

Cons

Nearly half of my coworkers appeared to be not engaged and/or feeling like they deserved more compensation (go figure). My time at other companies suggest they are over compensated and/or just lazy but that is my opinion. They seem to always talk about who just got promoted but shouldn’t have, or they talk about other teams and their “should be” responsibilities. This tells me they have alot of time for office politics.
