      Good Pay, Great Benefits. Great people to work with including most of management. Very good work life balance. For most part cares about employees

      Outside of safety, tends to over engineer processes related to incidents regardless of seriousness of issue. Has follow up consensus meetings for meetings discussing a change. Slow to Change

      Great compensation package, team environment, and opportunities for growth. Management really supports, plans for, and funds the safety function into company projects.

      Cons

      I traveled extensively (300+ nights per year) in my position, which can be exciting, but is certainly not for everyone.
