Great product that. Provides best in class service.

Cons

Too many executives without any knowledge of work product. Mentoring and "open door policy" do not exist.

Pros

When I started at Enchanted Rock I was so excited to join a company that was growing, valuing employees, and offered a “fun” work environment. This turned out to be true for a while …

Cons

After a while I realized the “polished rock” was not quite what it seemed to be. There is favoritism that is rampant. Unless you are one of the “core” members, you will not be treated with respect, your ideas will not be taken seriously, and you will be left to feel ‘less than’.
