Here are some quick bullet points: lack of structure, managed on favoritism within operations, innovation is praised in public yet never taken seriously, unrealistic execution exceptions, and ample of finger point. Surprised they are still in business with little to no gross margin. Enchanted Rock is mental drain for those that have values and ethics.
