Beautiful location and is very close to Sedona

Cons

Management there was some of the worst I have work with in a long time. About 5 employees all left at the same time because the upper management swept all compliant under the rug.

Friendly staff, beautiful property, idyllic location, great job opportunities with room for advancement with a culture focus on investing in it's employees future.

Cons

I don't feel I have been with the company long enough to weigh in on cons per se, but with the job market being what it is I feel one con would be a lack of qualified applicants makes it hard for others to efficiently do their jobs to the best of their abilities.

sometimes short staffed but who isn't these days
