Pros

The training is very thorough. The co workers are all amazing as well as Managment. Even corporate makes an effort to know the employees. I worked there over a year and would be there still if I didn't have to move. It was the hardest job to leave.

Cons

Sometimes there are some long hours and sometimes there is a slight communication breakdown.

Pay was good. Nice location. The guests were always gracious and the best thing at the job.

Cons

Management played favorites. Employees were drug users even top management, some got fired recently. Management provided no support. They talked of respect with only a follow through of obey. No manager wanted to jump in and get hands dirty, all of them continued to put more managers responsibility on employees. Dealing withThe neurosies of the less than fortunate was what I really learned.
