Pros

It is wonderful to be part of a luxury resort that values and cares for its employees to the same degree it does for its guests. I also love working in such a beautiful setting, nestled deep in the red rocks of Sedona. There is no place in the world like Enchantment.

Cons

I have worked here for over 7 months and cannot find any cons.

Pros

Enchantment's location is absolutely stunning and with the combination of scenery and inclusive culture, I couldn't think of a better place to work. The staff is friendly, always waving and smiling at each other around property, and ensuring guests enjoy themselves each and every day. Management puts genuine effort and attention into their staff to ensure people have the ability to succeed, and I think that is shown in the level of service the staff provides in return.
