If you want to be treated like a number work to get ahead and be treated like garbage. This is the place for you. They act if they are GODS and they are the ultimate employer I and 21 other people are composing a 31 page document to provide to the details of badly they treat people. They do not listen to the employees. Not truth run by rumors or speculation. Ask calcify if you have a question. They are not GODS and you do not rule their lives. The HR department and upper management has no idea as to what really goes on. It is run on gossip and facebook speculation.

I considered myself lucky to be employed within such a fantastic, breath-taking wonderland of Sedona. The views and scenery are probably on every single employee's Pros list, honestly.

Cons

Terrible management who over-worked employees, asked me on more than one occasion to work on my ONE day off after working twelve days straight, and an extremely dysfunctional, double standardized operation.
