Management was the worst I’ve ever experienced, they would make false promises and have you get your hopes up for nothing to happen in the end. They would overwork and under pay you - standing for sometimes 14 hours a day 6 days a week. I’d never get time off to do anything - but my colleagues would get all the time off they wanted. They also don’t care about the international interns - they’re there to ‘work’ so that’s what they do.

It has been a while, but I felt I needed to add my experience. I was asked and eventually demanded to save money by cutting costs and safety regulations for serving food to employees. I was told to save older food and reserve it to the employees. Even though I was offered and received a small bonus for doing this, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. It was clear that Enchantment Management cared very little about the well-being of their employees, and as the Human Resources Manager stated to me at the end, "what does it matter; we have high turnover". To this day I feel bad for being a part of that. Especially for the employees who worked in the evening, when I was told that standards can be at their worst.
