It has been a while, but I felt I needed to add my experience. I was asked and eventually demanded to save money by cutting costs and safety regulations for serving food to employees. I was told to save older food and reserve it to the employees. Even though I was offered and received a small bonus for doing this, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. It was clear that Enchantment Management cared very little about the well-being of their employees, and as the Human Resources Manager stated to me at the end, "what does it matter; we have high turnover". To this day I feel bad for being a part of that. Especially for the employees who worked in the evening, when I was told that standards can be at their worst.
