Pros

A tremendous commitment for today and over the next 5 years with people and the facilities . The opportunity is available in every department, if you want to reach for it and make it your's as part of the team. An incredible location and a fun environment.

Cons

Full staffing is always a challenge but you work through it wherever you are and there is certainly a lot of effort to address it.

Outstanding co-workers and supervisors, relaxed guests, above average wages and tips, beautiful location. Opportunity to learn skills in other departments.

Cons

At the time limited work hours but hours could be added by working in other departments. No bus service, long commute from nearest (non-affluent) town and very tight parking.

Beautiful place to work. Great money. Friendly co workers. Clean and nice tools for service.

Cons

Long hours, seasonal business flow, long drive, strict rules, too many meetings. Parking for employees is tough. Long walk to take a lunch break so its hard to eat. 12 hour shift is a long time to not eat and refuel your self.
