There is a large amount of distrust of management. Management will speak poorly about employees behind their back, yet never talk to employees about it - letting them think everything is fine. Some management can simply do whatever they would like, without consequence. Employees can be made to feel as though they are working in a hostile working environment. No security when it comes to working there.

Not all team members are in one location, this makes it more difficult to feel as connected. Aren't able to come to the main location for company functions.
