      Cons

      Leadership are dictators. No evidenced based practice in use. You are not treated like a professional. Super high turnover because of top down leadership structure. Each location does things differently

      Friendly staff and plenty of bonuses if you are a nurse

      Cons

      Corporate keeps expanding but too quickly and not efficient. Cuts hours from staff if census is low but will still give out bonuses to nursing staff

      Pros

      Co-worker culture, smaller facility, great cafeteria.

      Cons

      Crazy high turnover, no on-site security guard, and lazy management. Patients ran the place, and the cops were regularly called. Management would make big speeches about accountability and improvement, but never did anything other than give free ice cream. Pay was slightly above-average for the area, but not enough to deal with the nonsense. See: turnover.
