      There really aren’t any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Be very working about for ANY Encompass hospital. Very toxic environment, they do not protect the workers from harassment. ZERO work life balance. It’s the most stressful job that you can imagine.

      Poor Nursing Management

      For the most part, very nice co-workers

      Cons

      The most unprofessional nursing management I have ever witnessed. You are treated like a number with no compassion. You are required to come in on your day off for staff meetings, regardless of how far you live or the fact you may be caring for your children. Poor pay & poor raises Nursing management has favorites, so good luck getting any vacation time approved if the favorites request the same days off.
