      The bonuses and pay were great,

      Cons

      The patient to staff ratio kept ticking up and it became difficult to everything done in a shift. Some nurses refuse to help aides with some tasks.

      Pros

      Great experience & opportunity to network in different hospital systems. Pay is okay. Once you establish your territory it’s fairly easy.

      Cons

      Management especially in the South Atlantic region have no care for turn over!! The Regionals Margo & Rachel don’t bat an eye when marketing departments lose 10+ reps in over a year (just replace them they say). Bad management just continues. CEOs resign. There’s hardly any room for growth & when there is BDDs play favorites (if you are not Caucasian best of luck growing). Slow PTO & no maternity leave
