Most employees speak about their opinions openly, and if someone opposes that, then it creates a silent negative environment. Other staff have left as well due to this, if you don't agree with the majority, consider yourself an outlier. They will antagonize and set others to fail if they don't meet their 'social niche'.

CEO retaliates against anyone that he can’t rule. Reports to corporate are not followed up on and they continue to let him work there. He belittles staff, berates people in meetings, and then tries to “apologize “ without actually doing so. Employees are quitting all the time now to get away.
