      Pros

      Encompass Health goes above and beyond to provide the best outcomes possible. Substandard care is not tolerated by frontline workers or leadership. Communication is quite effective and employee support is incredible. I’ve never worked for a company where I feel like a valued team member. This company is quickly becoming family and together, we are stronger! There is endless opportunity for career growth and continued education. Leaders are eager to help you succeed and achieve your personal goals. This is a great organization to be apart of and I am proud to work here!

      Cons

      Charting system (Cerner) is very dated. With changes in technology, Cerner is not keeping up.

      1. Good time off 2. Rewarding job to see patients progress 3. Department relationships

      Cons

      1. Lazy employees don’t get punished and hardworking ones have to pick up slack 2. Minimal time to complete all that is expected of us 3. More responsibilities but pay does not increase 4. Therapy picks up slack for nursing but no one helps us 5. We have worked short staffed and received no help 6. No bonuses
