      Pros

      The compensation is competitive for the role, and one of the biggest benefits is the excellent work/life balance, which can be hard to find in healthcare. Senior leadership is extremely approachable, communicative, and genuinely invested in employee satisfaction. There is a strong sense of teamwork between departments, and leadership makes an effort to recognize employees and maintain a positive work environment.

      Cons

      The health insurance benefits could be improved, particularly regarding cost and coverage options. However, this seems to be a common challenge across many healthcare organizations.
