      Pros

      You get a paycheck. Flexible scheduling. Paid Holidays.

      Cons

      Average nurse:patient ratio is 1:10. Nurses rarely get breaks and don't have the freedom to take uninterrupted lunches unless they physically leave the building. Facility accepts patients who are not medically stable enough for rehab. Teamwork does not exist because everyone is literally too busy to help each other. Charge nurses are not helpful and do not engage in patient care. There will always be a job available here, because no one wants to stay long.

      Unfortunately there are no pros.

      Cons

      No training, no support, micromanagement. Makes you want to run for the hills. HR thinks they run the place and gets into everyone's business instead of advocating for employees and working on retention strategies. Absolute joke of a company to work for. Current leadership merely sweeps the mess under the rug to then reveal it to the next victim in hopes it will be cleaned up for them. The turnover speaks for itself.
