      Poor compensation for lack of work-life balance

      Continuing education opportunities, incredible co-workers, good benefits

      Cons

      Focus is on the business rather than patient care or safety/health of employees (especially during Covid), little to no raises (despite highly rated annual reviews)

      There are benefits and pitfalls

      The company has decent benefits. the PTO fills as you get each paycheck and they are pretty understanding of general human issues

      Cons

      They do not do what they need to do to keep their employees happy. I enjoyed my work before new management came in and wrecked some great teams

      Making a difference in patients’ lives

      Cons

      Poor pay, minimal professional growth, have yo work ridiculous amount of weekends and holidays, DTO and management doesn’t care about employees or employee retention. DTO plays favorites, and does not care about the therapist he “manages.” Only cares about outcomes and surveys. Acknowledges staff maybe once a month IF THAT during staff meetings
