Overworked Employees and Poor Management

Pros

Benefits are decent, especially PTO and 401k package. Most of my coworkers are solid.

Cons

Patient load is heavy, and management doesn't care about you. Many times, place is understaffed and workers are overworked. Never expect to leave on time or get a break. Horrible work-life balance. I was sick for a month, and my management screwed me over when I came back with giving me a stressful schedule and working me 40 hours in a weekend. Even had me work overnight until 7:30-8am then come back at 2:45pm the same day for a 12 hour shift after working 3 nights in a row. No consideration for personal circumstances, and I got no days off that I requested. Some of the patient load isn't really rehab and is more like a nursing home.

None. Horrible place to work

Cons

Horrible and deeming management, long hours for salaried employees, forced to use pto for low census, groups versus one on one treatment=poor patient care and treatment.
