      Pay is competitive for the market.

      Cons

      Every other Home health I have worked at had limited flex time. Appointments must be M-F 8-5. Workload is unreasonable. They seem to think travel time doesn't exist. There are high levels of charting that must be done on off time. Don't know my manager well. Have barely met the second level supervisor. PTO costs me money in lost productivity bonuses.

      None - Don't make the mistake of working here

      Rude and disrespectful CEO. Policies apply to some employees. Lots of low census times where you are forced to take PTO.
