      Terrible!

      Pros

      The pay was decent but not for the amount of work being done. PTO time offered was comparable to other companies. Nothing fabulous.

      Cons

      Terrible management. No communication. Nasty and degrading staff. Techs boss the RNs around or are just ignorant. No wonder they are so short staffed: 16-17 nurse to patient ratio! Terrible insurance with high deductible. Schedule is only provided for a few weeks ahead of time. Told certain things during interview that changed upon hire. Timecards adjusted to save money. Terrible orientation with different preceptors and units every day with nobody doing things the same way. Expressed concerns with no solution. Feels like a nursing home and definitely not a rehab. Persuaded to lie on initial patient scoring so insurance pays. Quit with zero notice since that's the respect I received working there. Do NOT recommend this company!

      Pay is great but the reward for your hardwork is minimized

      Cons

      Micromanagement is rampant. The pressure to exceed constantly is heavy.
