Pros

Very patient centered approach. The staff communicates very well. A lot of long term employees.

Cons

Systems and physicians are slightly antiquated. They are slowly transitioning to echarting. But, a lot of paperwork and double documentation.

Opportunity to work with a variety of acquired disorders; patients are out of acute care and are typically ready, motivated to work in therapy; overall great interdisciplinary team

Pros

Work load, administration, training, co workers.

Cons

Low pay. When I was hired I was assured time off that I needed (it was just a couple of days). The woman in charge of the schedule would not give me the time off no matter what ... I offered to work any and every other day, but she would not budge.
