      staffing, sometimes 1 nurse would be on floor in charge of 30+ patients, which is definitely illegal

      Love what I get to do, rehabilitation/therapy is the focus of all their inpatient hospitals

      Administration can have a disconnect at times and unrealistic expectations of data outcomes without really understanding the day to day process.
