Pros

Good and cost effective health benefits are provided and the company seems to be a stable corporation. The company will allow employees to work with a significant degree of autonomy.

Cons

Lack of development for employees if concerns are expressed you can face resistance and even punishment. Exceeding expectations are not compensated or recognized typically. Regional Vice Presidents are disconnected from their properties and understanding the technicians concerns. The Human Resource team seems to not understand the challenges and frustrations that the field employees have. Communication is awful with RVPs and the human resource departments.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for.

Cons

PSAV is more concerned about their bottom line and could care less about their employees. It used to be a decent place to work until a few years ago. HR sucks really bad. RVPs are in most cases worthless. Directors are expected to do their jobs with no support from either of the postions listed above. Jump ship now before you get screwed.
