Pros

Some gigs can be fun and creative, there is a lot of diversity in the nature of the job, You sometimes meet very interesting clients.

Cons

Hard work can go un-appreciaed by Upper Managment, It can be difficult to move up and get promoted. I have worked there over two years without a raise, as do many. Salarie job can be ridiculously demanding at times.

Pros

PSAV Pays well and promotes from within when they can. They offer a lot of training opportunists and a decent benefits package including a good amount of paid time off and medical, dental, vision coverage.

Cons

PSAV will often have you do things that are well outside the scope of your job. You may be hired as a sales manager but you will frequently be required to work on the floor, thus taking away time for you doing the job you were actually hired for.

Largest hotel AV provider in the world. Lots of locations to choose from. Great talent pool to work with.

Cons

Sometimes the "big company" makes decisions that don't make sense or decisions are made without talking to the employees who would be affected, and asking the employees for ideas to solving issues.
