      Was able to grow professionally but the pay was not great

      Pros

      Encore allowed me to grow my career from a Technician to a Lead Technician to a Director of Event Technology. There was ample training made available and I received excellent guidance form some of my Managers along the way.

      Cons

      They pay well below industry standard rates, both for Technicians and Managers. It was great to grow and learn, but I left for better paying companies once I had the skillset to do so.
