Decent learning environment for learning equipment and production systems

management is very money focused instead of quality focused. I see a lot of professionals in industry that learned from Encore then moved on to more specialized areas. the idea of throw enough bodies at something to accomplish it is common

Consistency. If you are still invested after 1 1/2 to 2 years, most people in my department stay 5-10 years

This company prioritizes customer service over skill. There is a high learning curve for the management and logistics roles. It can take people 6 months to a year to feel confident in their role, but much longer to have full depth of understanding.
