As others have reviewed, the company is basically a pure staffing org. Most placements are 6 mos to 1 year, but as an employee you are at risk if your client company ends the contracts. Encore has some sort of "bench policy", you should ask about it. Biggest risk is that when you client company ends the contract, you will be let go. The company doesn't really have a great job funnel. Always scrambing..
After I started, I didn't feel like I was very well apprised of the attribution rate for each employee at the end of each assignment. I think the management painted a picture that was much rosier than reality.
