      Pros

      The company behaves like a normal staffing agency. They fill one slot at a time with little continuity (meaning frequent employee releases) between assignments.

      Cons

      The company doesn't come clean on what they really are -- a staffing agency. They mislead potential hires with a picture that they are more than a staffing agency an are committed to the long term for their hires.
