1. Opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies 2. Freedom to explore various frameworks and strategies, especially in Automation 3. Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help. 4. Professional atmosphere and cordial HR people 5. Flexible work timings-Managers are so understandable and they expect only your productivity and efficiency to deliver and not just your physical presence at office. 6. I can keep adding more Pros and that is why I have rejoined Encore.
