Good place to work. Encore is the place where you can equip yourself especially in QA. QA unit guides and support in all situations. Encore provide you corporate training in all technology and also in soft skills where an employee can enhance him/her self to get into next level.

Cons

Employees are requested to avail the lunch provided by the company compulsory.

Pros

There is no positive things... A company one should never risk joining , the top management people are very unprofessional, they dont value the employee talents and their personal life and their risk involved in it.. if the project end the first step they take is to throw you out with 1 month notice , employee with high package find it risk to find job and their life turns miserable ,the cheap reason they say is Performance Issue .. so never ever take the chance of joining this company

No work life balance , no happy culture, selfish management. no escalation level ... you try to escalate the same with final top management they will throw you data to thrash , not an employee friendly company , risk is yours if you opt to join such company.. they are very good at giving high package at the hire time to attract talent thats the rule they have ... after that employee are treated bad..
