1.Less work pressure, 2.stress free environment.

Cons

1.HR should take responsibility for managing resources. 2.Manager should improve their knowledge on current technology and current business. 3.HR policies redefined as school policies when other IT companies coming out of this silly policies. 4.Thrown out of company/or treated like useless employee. when you are not billable

No pros. You can eat and sleep without gaining any knowledge

Cons

Worst company no proper projects. They will make u sit simply without work and one day they will send you out telling that there is no project here. They dont know why they are hiring a person and make them sit without work and send out. All the review below are fake please dont believe. If you ask for any help to HR on a day u will get reply next year. For any reuimbusement u wont get easily they wont care of your money and all..

Casual work environment, opportunity to learn and expand as you are made to take ownership of your project completely, inputs are implemented and appreciated. Flexibility of the hours. Good appraisals.

Cons

Volume of work can be high at times which means that we have to work extra hours from time to time.
