I am an former employee of Encore I was worked here for 2 years and it was a very good experience working in Encore. More than working I learnt many new things here, Encore gave me a good platform for my carrier, I got an chance to work under knowledgeable team leader and Manager. I thank Encore for giving a wonderful platform. Thanks, Anand Babu

Pros

1) Encouraging and supportive management 2) Flexible work timings 3) Good employee engagement activities at office and great team outings 4) Team Lead/Manager's are co operative . Thumps up for them!! 5) Good Exit Policy , Will let you relieve once you finish your KT .(Dont know the other cases however it happened to me )

Encore is a place where we can learn many new technologies and implement those learning in real time projects. Infrastructure also good it makes us to feel more comfortable easily.
