The project in which I was had the worst onsite manager who just sits on top of you and pushing you to impossible targets the clients set without consulting the dev team,understaffed the team citing budget but agrees to tight deadlines,worst thing was the manager lectured me to not give importance to work life balance, seriously who talks like that? Worst work experience ever, not sure about other projects so can't comment on them.

1. Limited projects 2.Management is not good in identifying deserved employees. 3.Depending so called leads who tries and suggests management to do micro management on employees. Even management accepted to do micro management. 4. No onsite so they will recruit candidate who holds B1 mostly. 5. So called Leads who are not even deserved to call them as leads but they will handle multiple projects and will make project to go on red. 6.Leads are not good and in bad hands.
