Our affiliation positioned us to be more strategic in the market and more comprehensive for our policyholders as we can now offer even better products and services. We do recruit the top talent and reward high-performing associates through our Gainshare Program, but we encourage all associates to speak with their managers or HR if individual expectations are unrealistic.

Very team orientated. Talented team members. Resources necessary to provide adequate loss control tools to consultants. A supervisors who worked closely with the field loss control consultants and worked to make sure we had the tools and the knowledge to properly due our jobs.

Cons

Having to drive from Nashville to Charleston, WV to attend training and company meetings.
