Pros

Great mission, great people at the schools - leaders, teachers, — they want to make a positive impact on the world.

Cons

In less than 9 months, this organization has gone from a “trust and inspire” culture to one driven by micromanagement and chaos. What was once a place that valued collaboration, trust, and empowerment has become stifled by top-down control and fear-based decision-making. Since the leadership change, there has been an exodus of talented individuals — HR, COO, Marketing, Facilities, and many others — all gone in a matter of months. Change was needed, but not like this. The way it’s been handled has created instability, confusion, and a loss of morale across the board. School Leadership teams are doing their best to hold things together, but even they’re being squeezed by unrealistic demands from the new regime. The “board” leadership team doesn’t seem to understand the childcare industry or the importance of trusting and supporting educators. It’s all about numbers now — growth at any cost — and that short-sighted approach has put the organization and its mission at real risk.

Pros

Co-workers are great and the school was clean and nice.

Cons

Administration is untrustworthy, deceptive and hide behind policies they seem to make up to fit their narrative. If you're going to be an employee that also has your children attending this school beware as you can not have your children attend school if you are not at work. Example if you're sick they must stay home with you, if you have an appointment they must go with you. Your childs education is contingent on your work schedule not the fact that you are a paying parent (regardless of prorated tuition due to employment) Even more concerning if something happens to your child not only is it frowned upon for you to question how an incident occurred but by doing so your job is truly on the line and termination is a strong probability. My advice, look at as many reviews as you can and then decide if this is a place you would be proud to work.
