Cons
There is a truly toxic work culture here, starting in upper management and trickling down into each school. Their focus is enrollment ($$) over everything. They don't treat employees as humans and will drop and replace you - which in turn leaves their schools with low quality staff. Example: an admin at the school complained to HR about not feeling valued. This HR employee then notified the admin's manager (a higher up at Endeavor) of the complaint. This Endeavor employee went on to talk about this admin behind her back, to the admin's colleagues, calling her ungrateful and saying she needed to stop complaining. Toxic. If you value childhood education and want to be treated with respect, find another school!
