Pros

It was a great joy being a part of such a wonderful staff. I still consider them great friends. The staff works together to support one another and the directors do not micro manage your classroom and their office. If you do your part they will do their very best to help you.

Cons

Every job has its day but the teamwork is where its at this location. They support each other and help each other get through.

Genuine care for students and student learning Other teachers are generally nice (if you get put in a good room) Schedule change flexibility when absolutely necessary Corporate is responsive when reaching out

Cons

Be nosy and investigate the general social structure and culture before you sign on at a specific school. Some schools have a toxic internal culture not reflective of Endeavor's values. Most of my bad experiences were reflective of the school and not Endeavor so here are the cons specifically for Endeavor as a whole: -somewhat low pay -opportunity for growth not perceptible (if it is there) -expensive health insurance plan with a high deductible that leaves health care inaccessible to someone making $12/hour.
