Pros
I have worked full time for Endeavor for 2.5 years. I can only speak positively about my time here. I have a wonderful school leader that fully supports staff, provides training opportunities, and the culture of the school is happy, friendly, and has the growth mindset. I started as a teacher, then moved into an Admin. Assistant role, and at the beginning of the school year moved into an Assistant School Leader position. I have also been given the opportunity to join a separate committee focused on enriching activities and curriculum teachers plan. Our PD courses provided through Endeavor employees have been inspirational, engaging, and educational in learning new theories. There are many opportunities for teachers to continue to grow in their field and education, if they choose to do so. Endeavor also provides scholarships for teachers each year to continue their education or interests in the academic field. I have so many days allotted for vacation/sick days as well. I am so thankful to be working with the team we have, and from what I have seen, Endeavor is a company that is dedicated to their teachers and staff, and to the education of their students.
Cons
Every company has small day to day things that can get frustrating, but as a whole, nothing that I would use to discourage other from joining the company.
