Pros

Did bring health benefits to the employees..but at a cost unaffordable at the wages paid.

Cons

This company bought out a private owners' interest in Parker-Chase Preschool in Plano Texas. The "transition" was not a smooth one; with the majority of communication being done long-distance via teleconferencing, maybe it worked for some, but totally chaotic for the average teacher . I personally was injured on the job and NO ONE knew how to report workers compensation claim, in the process the ball was 'dropped' and now I am having to battle to try and have their carrier accept my claim . Although they said they would "help" they have been far from cooperative.

Endeavor Schools Response

At Endeavor, we understand that our employees are our greatest assets. We take pride in providing them with competitive benefits and regular support from our strong human resources team. Endeavor takes great measure to ensure that every workplace injury is promptly reported to its insurance carrier and handled appropriately. However, employees also have a duty to provide information and documents necessary to complete a claim. Endeavor is not aware of any situation where it failed to satisfy its duties once placed on notice of an employee injury. Of course, an employee’s failure to cooperate with the insurer may form the basis of a denial of claim. We provide avenues within which employees can voice their concerns and encourage them to do so.
