8yAt Endeavor, we understand that our employees are our greatest assets. We take pride in providing them with competitive benefits and regular support from our strong human resources team. Endeavor takes great measure to ensure that every workplace injury is promptly reported to its insurance carrier and handled appropriately. However, employees also have a duty to provide information and documents necessary to complete a claim. Endeavor is not aware of any situation where it failed to satisfy its duties once placed on notice of an employee injury. Of course, an employee’s failure to cooperate with the insurer may form the basis of a denial of claim. We provide avenues within which employees can voice their concerns and encourage them to do so.
