Pros

Endeavor really invests in their people. I've never worked in a corporate set up where the core values start at the very top, and everyone is invested in the culture of the team. I have nothing but positive experiences to report since Endeavor acquired my school 2 years ago. Great company, great people!

Cons

No real cons. Sometimes it takes a little time to work out kinks with new procedures but Endeavor is really good about communicating and getting feedback to make processes more efficient.

Pros

The entire Endeavor Staff is very supportive, great benefits and makes you feel that you as a individual are a part of the Endeavor Team. They value your opionion and work as a team. Love the diversity of schools.

Cons

The Endeavor main office is in Miami Florida and have not had opportunity to visit.
