Pros

Endeavor is a great place to work. There are many companies that use a lot of words and talk, but fail to follow through. The company is led by individuals who truly care about employees and make every effort to accommodate their needs. I've seen many examples of going above and beyond to assist employees and their special needs. It's a collaborative environment and one where high expectations meet full support and guidance.

Cons

Currently, there is not 401k matching and the benefits are not the greatest, but comprehensive.

Pros

Executive level staff are extremely hands on and knowledgeable about all levels of the business. Unlike almost all companies, the executives and other leaders are not isolated from how things really work. Leadership at all levels is about service leadership, not hierarchal control. Staff at all levels have an enormous passion to take care of each other and the kids at the schools.

Cons

Working remotely to other staff when not at a school takes some extra thinking and work to set expectations and to reduce assumptions to keep communication channels as effective as talking to people face to face.

Pros

Endeavor really invests in their people. I've never worked in a corporate set up where the core values start at the very top, and everyone is invested in the culture of the team. I have nothing but positive experiences to report since Endeavor acquired my school 2 years ago. Great company, great people!

Cons

No real cons. Sometimes it takes a little time to work out kinks with new procedures but Endeavor is really good about communicating and getting feedback to make processes more efficient.
