Pros

Always hiring if you’re looking for a job.

Cons

All they care about is filling classes with kids even if they don’t have staff. Constantly raising tuition and cutting costs. “Raises for teachers never exceed $.50. Turn over rate is crazy high.

Very Toxic Work Environment

Pros

The staff (with the exception of the leadership team); the parents

Cons

This used to be the premier preschool to work for until May 2022. Members of the leadership team are very inept. They say they care about the teachers but in reality don't. They often ask for our opinion, but when we give it, often tell us what they were thinking and dissuade our way of thinking. Why waste our time asking then? They are slow to respond to potty breaks and we often have to leave our class out of ratio to run to the bathroom. The mentality is that School Leaders don't belong in the classroom. Members of the leadership are very unapproachable. We get written up if we take too any days, yet there are new staff that call out or take vacations without having earned the time. One member of the the leadership team also takes work from home days to get work done and spa days when felt like it. While I don't expect us to be able to work from home, it is a slap in the face when a leadership not expected to put the same effort in as everyone else. Classrooms are struggling from being so full, we are so stressed, yet that person is at the spa or working from home. Don't ask about supplies because you won't get what you need. We can't even get paper or art supplies and haven't had them for months. Morale is low and people are looking for other opportunities since they feel so undervalued. Staff are pitted againt each as some staff are being used as spies. Never has a Center gone so far down in such a short period of time.
