Pros

-Clear pathways for internal promotion and leadership growth -Some directors genuinely cared and advocated for positive change. -Use of Creative Curriculum by Teaching Strategies provided an educational foundation when supported. -Emphasis on community support and school culture- at least in theory.

Cons

-Teacher salaries remained stagnant—often under $35K/year, causing many teachers to pick up a second job (NOT encouraged by Endeavor Schools)—even as tuition increased quarterly, creating significant tension with families -Teachers were frequently shifted between classrooms or even locations without adequate notice or support -Corporate-level leadership often felt disconnected from the realities of the classroom; visits felt more observational than collaborative -Removal of curriculum and educational directors marked a noticeable shift away from prioritizing educational quality -Hiring freeze led to unsafe ratios and overwhelmed staff. Administrators left their duties for extended periods to keep classrooms compliant.

Pros

I’ve had an incredible experience working at this company. The leadership team is highly accessible, always making sure they listen to employee feedback and suggestions. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values and cares about its team. I’m especially impressed by how committed they are to staying current with educational research, ensuring that they always deliver the best for their students and families. One of the highlights of working here is the recognition. It's not just your direct supervisor who appreciates your work—it's also nice to hear directly from the CEO and other top leaders. Receiving emails from them not only boosts morale but also reassures you that the leadership genuinely supports its employees. Salaries are competitive with industry standards, and the company’s growth is evident. There are plenty of opportunities to advance within the organization, and with its strong educational programs, I’m excited about the future. If you're looking for a place where you're valued, supported, and encouraged to grow, this is definitely the company to be with!

Cons

While the rapid growth of the company is exciting, it does come with some challenges. As we work to structure systems, there have been times when technology issues arise. However, these challenges are typically short-lived. The great thing is that with just a phone call, the issue is resolved quickly. My regional manager is always responsive, stays on top of our needs, and does everything they can to address any problems that come up. While the growing pains are a natural part of expansion, the quick and efficient support makes it easier to manage.
