Nothing could be Pros if you are not getting paid on time.

Cons

Salaries are very delayed like 1 month delay or sometimes even 2 months delayed. Sometimes they pay half of salary only saying that they will pay the remining salary soon. And you end up in follow up with management and HR's for the salaries until you leave the company. A company with no culture and values.

Best place to start career, good working environment, good people to deal with, lot of exposure to latest technologies. Helping nature of seniors

nothing to say much. They are people in management are some what good. not great benefits compare to outside world
