Pros

I had a great experience at Endicia. At the time they were still owned by Newell Rubbermaid but operated more like a start up. You had the flexibility to take on roles you were most interested in and they let you run with new ideas. I learned so much and the experience allowed me to expand my knowledge base.

Cons

The major downside of working at Endicia is upward mobility. Most of the employees have been there for years but promotions were very rare.

Pros

Management was exceptional and wanted to ensure everyone had a goal in place of where they wanted to be. Sales and Marketing worked well together and this was the reason for the great numbers and success; which is why Stamps.com bought Endicia.

Cons

Stamps.com bought Endicia and all hell broke loose. Layoffs, everything was money, money, money. Culture is shot. Everyone is walking on edge with fear they are the next to get layed off. The honestly which was once there is there, but candy coated. The entire team of sales is on plan for various reasons and the heavy hitters that were once there are gone due to leaving before things really get ugly.
