      Great executive team Cared about employees but expected results Personable Looked for feedback from employees and listened and if made sense would make the changes

      Cons

      Bought out by Stamps.com Stamps forcing layoffs Looks like they are dismantling Endicia, they have the technology now. Stamps does not recognize the great employees they have at Endicia and removing the family friendly atmosphere, and going for numbers numbers numbers, even though prior to purchase Endicia was very successful. CTO /Founder left the company

      Pros

      Most within the company seem to want to be helpful at attaining the positive end goal except for a few that I have encountered. Excutive Staff is always upfront with employees nad give a good vibe!

      Cons

      Eastern Sales Field Mgt is unaproachable, does not follow up or through! Pay is ok but very hard to track your sales with the way they have their system set up.

      I loved the job, it was challenging and fast paced!!

      Recently bought out by stamps.com. I'm not sure what direction stamps will take Endicia.
